We
work closely with our client to identify those candidates who
match their job specification. All candidates are interviewed
and tested where applicable. Candidates are fully briefed on
both the company and the vacancy. Fees are based on a percentage
of salary and are only charged on the day of commencement of
the successful applicant - no placement, no fee!

Temporary
staff provide the client with a flexible workforce to cater
for peak periods, sickness and holiday cover. Staff are tested,
where appropriate, and references are obtained from previous
employers. Clients are charged an hourly rate previously agreed
before the engagement of the temporary worker. We are responsible
for paying wages, deducting Tax and N.I. contributions, Statutory
Payments and Holiday Pay where applicable.

Alternatively
you have the option of hiring staff on a 13 week trial period.
We pay their wages and invoice you on a weekly basis. If suitable
they transfer onto your payroll for no extra charge.
